Trauma & Fracture
Fracture & Trauma Treatment in Chennai
Same-day fracture assessment with on-site digital X-ray, casting, and surgical fixation where even the bone needs it.
A fracture needs two things quickly: an accurate picture of what has broken and how far it has moved, and a decision about whether the bone will heal in the position it is currently in. Get either wrong and you inherit a malunion — a bone healed crooked — which is far harder to correct later than it would have been to treat properly at the outset.
The clinic offers same-day fracture assessment with digital X-ray on the premises, so you are examined, imaged and treated in a single visit rather than sent elsewhere and asked to return. Simple fractures are managed with casting or splinting; displaced and unstable fractures are fixed surgically at affiliated hospitals.
Walk-in patients with suspected fractures are prioritised during consultation hours. If you are anywhere in T. Nagar, Mambalam, Kodambakkam or Nungambakkam the clinic is minutes away — call ahead on +91 99622 45671 so the X-ray is ready when you arrive.

Fracture care pathway
Immediate assessment and digital X-ray
On-site imaging means the fracture pattern is known within minutes of you walking in — no referral, no second appointment.
Reduction and immobilisation
Displaced fractures are realigned under appropriate anaesthesia and held in a cast or splint. A check X-ray confirms the position before you go home.
Surgical fixation where required
Unstable, displaced, intra-articular and open fractures are fixed with plates, screws or nails at affiliated hospitals, allowing earlier movement and better final function.
Monitored healing
Serial X-rays at defined intervals confirm the bone is uniting in position. Problems are caught while they are still correctable.
Rehabilitation to full function
Once the bone has healed, physiotherapy addresses the stiffness and weakness that immobilisation inevitably causes.
