You will understand your diagnosis
Your X-ray is shown to you on screen and explained in words you can repeat at home. If you cannot explain it to your family afterwards, we have not done our job.
You will hear the non-surgical option
Every patient is told what happens if they wait, and what can be tried before an operation. Surgery is presented as a choice with alternatives, never as the only route.
You will not be rushed
Consultations run long enough to take a proper history and examine you thoroughly. Walk-in patients are seen in turn, and we will tell you honestly how long the wait is.
You will see the same surgeon throughout
From first consultation through surgery to final review — one surgeon, so nothing gets lost between appointments.

Consultation runs morning and evening, Monday to Saturday, with digital X-ray on site. Most patients leave with a diagnosis and a written plan in a single visit.
